Jodi’s love of yoga led her on a journey to Southern India where she studied classical yoga and Vedanta philosophy at the Sivananda Ashram in Kerala. She has married this deep respect of yoga’s traditional roots to her love of movement and flow through her study with Siva Rea and Ana Forrest, and Tias Little.
Jodi’s classes emphasize fluidity and grace, coupled with the development of intelligent strength as a means of allowing the integrity of the pose to manifest through consistent attunement to the breath; she seeks to create a space that allows students to explore their practice with curiosity, authenticity, and joy.
Jodi teaches classes twice a week, on Wednesdays and Fridays at separate locations.
