Jodi is a licensed mental health therapist practicing in Seattle, Washington. Jodi has a deep respect for the therapeutic process and considers it a collaborative method of healing. She is committed to helping her clients access the resources they need for their healing and growth.

 
 
 

Therapy

I believe that the relationship between client and therapist is integral to finding success with therapy, I offer the first session free of charge to ensure we are a good fit.

Yoga

I seek to create a space that allows students to explore their practice with curiosity and authenticity. My classes emphasize consistent attunement to the breath as a means of creating greater quiet in the mind and spaciousness in the body.
