Integrative Psychotherapy

What to expect:
I believe the relationship between therapist and client to be paramount in the healing process, therefore, I offer the first session free of charge as a way to ensure that our work together is a good fit.

Sessions run for 50 min and may involve some yoga, meditation, or breathing techniques, depending on your unique style of healing.

My fee is $95 for a 50 minute session. I offer a limited number of sliding scale sessions in addition to billing as a preferred provider for Aetna. I will happily bill as an out of network provider for all other insurance, however, please note that it is important for you to discuss coverage with your provider to ensure reimbursement.
