Group Therapy

This group is a two part series that is designed to address the causes of stress and anxiety as well as relevant and useful ways to resolve them.

Participants will engage in an in-depth investigation into the somatic experience of stress and anxiety. We will draw from current findings in science and psychotherapy as well as the wisdom traditions of the east to explore each individual’s unique experience with stress/anxiety.

The series will be both didactic and experiential – designed to empower participants with a greater knowledge of their body as well as their mind, in addition to strategies to create internal calm. Each group is limited to six participants to ensure a high level of individual attention as well as to facilitate an atmosphere that is kind and supportive, affording participants a generous space to share, learn, and grow.

The Foundations Class: an exploration into the physiology of stress with a focus on establishing techniques for cultivating relaxation. (2hrs/$175)

Our Auxiliary Class is a deeper investigation specifically addressing powerful coping strategies, healthy release, and cultivating deep rest. (2hrs/$175)
